The entrepreneurial spirit took stronghold of Richard Patz in 1985, when he created a long-lasting business that is still active and profitable. Working in the entertainment industry, Richard developed his skill in marketing, branding, sales, and other disciplines that allowed him to maintain profitable ventures, even during economic downturns. Previous experience comes from working in marketing with companies such as PMADT, Inc. (co-founder), Revention, RSW Technologies, and Magnetex Systems, LLC (founder and owner). Knowing when to act on changing tastes, demographics, and technologies, Richard has fine-tuned agility, honed in the battlefield. Angelwing Designs positions his business at the crossroads of ability and opportunity. Richard holds a clear vision and deep understanding of complex business systems. With multiple IT certifications and more than 30 years of experience with graphic design, web development, content creation, and product development, Angelwing Designs offers ways to reach a larger market with a unique product line.
Steve Koinm

Steve Koinm’s experience comes from over 30 years managing enterprise architecture design for large systems in telecom, healthcare, energy, and banking. His skills in managed services, hosting, consulting, and integration are exemplary and a vital ingredient in our success. Steve is currently the VP of Professional Services at PureIT Credit Union Services providing virtual CIO, CTO, and CISO services to credit unions around the country, serves on the advisory board of the National Credit Union Information Sharing and Analysis Organization (NCU-ISAO), and is a technology and security speaker across the country.
Steven Ray Austin
Creative Director and Marketing Consultant
Steven Ray Austin has over 40 years of experience as an illustrator, designer, and cartographer in New York, London, and Austin. Steven’s career as an illustrator began in the early 1970s when he was worked as a graphics and logo designer and cartographer. He has experience working as a videogame artist and animator, copywriter, art director, and project manager. His Austin, Texas-based design studio, Enigma Media, does logo design, branding, and web design. The studio develops concepts, works with clients to achieve their business goals, and manages projects to completion. Steven brings vision from many disciplines and business models to every job. He tracks current and changing trends in business and design in order to implement creative strategies that achieve his client’s goals and requirements.
Na Wang
Customer Service and Sales
At companies such as Amazon, Tinderbox LV, and Tiffany & Co., Na Wang gained experience in customer-facing sales positions. She was top sales associate for Tiffany & Co. in Las Vegas and later in San Diego. All this, on top of the Bachelor of Science and Tourism Management degree she earned from the Hunan Business College in 2005, has given her the tools necessary to successfully interface with people at a high level. Na speaks fluent English and Mandarin, is culturally sensitive and internationally traveled, having logged many thousands of hours across multiple continents.
Laura M. Banegas
Customer Service and Sales
Laura M. Benegas’s work in sales, purchasing, and customer service spans over 30 years. With a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Language, she gained a great deal of accounting experience in San Pedro Sula and Tegucigalpa, Honduras. In the early 1990s, she spent several years in purchasing at Pricemart, Inc. before relocating to the United States to pursue greater opportunity. In Las Vegas, 2006, she worked at Tinderbox LV and was responsible for all operations at a store, which was ranked as the Number 2 for its kind in sales volume in the country. In Houston, she gained valuable experience working for VIP Wireless. For the last seven years, she been employed in the energy industry in Houston, first with Gexa Energy, and now at Daiken-Goodman.
Karen Kreps
Website Designer
Karen Kreps is a creative project manager of online and print media. After starting in magazine publishing with a Master of Arts degree from NYU, she’s written, edited, and produced interactive info products for IBM, Cox Enterprises, Prodigy, Times Mirror, Dell Computers, the U.S. Navy, Texas Audubon, Triand, Philips Electronics, Schlumberger, Savannah Medical Clinic, Bank of America, Aegis Mortgage, and Dell Publishing, and more. She builds responsive websites for entrepreneurs, artists, and not-for-profits and does one-on-one coaching in WordPress. Karen has been an active player in the new media industry since joining the team that launched Prodigy in 1987. Doing business as Net Ingenuity since 1995, Karen has created informative and brand-identity sites as well as interactive e-learning and e-commerce solutions.
